We are currently updating the ranges of Perkins aftermarket gaskets that we can now supply for various industrial engine series from  early 1953 P3 models to present day including 400, 850, 900, 1100, 1200, 1700, 2200, 2500, 2800, through to 4000. While we are able to make the majority of parts in-house, we have also bought together several other manufacturers around the World who have existing tooling for gaskets, and who are looking to increase sales of their products into the UK and Europe. Collectively we are aiming for this to become a leading source of these types of gaskets and seals in the UK.

Used in many Agricultural engines – from Massey Ferguson and older CNH tractors to Class Avero and Lexion combines, JCB Diggers, Industrial applications, Railway power units,  or on Generator sets – these engines are widely used across the Globe and we are able to replicate the majority of seals and gaskets used – often with very little expenditure on tooling – and certainly at highly competitive prices to save our customers money where possible!

Since 1998 Perkins have been part of Caterpillar, undoubtedly the World’s biggest name in heavy duty construction equipment. For some time we’ve been getting requests for gaskets, seals and gasket sets for their range of engines also – especially for the classic range of tracked ‘bull-dozers’  – from the humble D2 of 1938 to the massive D11 used today mostly in quarries and mining. We also see requirements for generator power units and marine units and are more than happy to identify materials against samples if you need identical matches, or material specifications. Testing facilities to determine specifications of rubbers used are also available using independent test houses – by ascertaining the OEM grade of material, and verifying this with certification, we are able offer grades that match parts originally used.
