December 2021 Update

We’ve been extremely busy over the past few months, and during November completed the install of our newest piece of equipment.

An impressive 5.1m x 2.1m bed CAD/CAM high speed router and cutting press from Polish manufacturer, Kimla.

Why more machining capabilities ?

The ability to machine in 3D has become more and more important to us as our work expands into new markets.

Using high-speed cutting, milling and routing with automatic tool changes, allows us to produce any quantity of parts in a variety of materials. These include rubbers, plastics, fibres, corks and even metals.

Using bits down to 1mm Ø and with the ability to shape parts, many items previously only supplied as mouldings can now be easily converted at amazing speed and with precision accuracy.
