As a multi-head machine with automatic tool-change, not only will we be able to cut our usual thick rubbers at high-speed, but have the ability to add contours, counter-bores, grooves etc during one operation.

The machine will be able to cut all our gasket materials – solid metal and metal reinforced materials included, while also being able to machine all types of plastics and soft metals such as Aluminium.

Kitted with a printing head, we are looking to use the machine for high capacity 3D printed parts in a wide range of materials with super-fast curing methods.
