Pipeline EPDM/PTFE Moulded Flange Gaskets

Typically used for flanged pipelines carrying various chemicals and oils etc, these dual material gaskets offer high resistance to almost any chemical and form the perfect seal.

The parts are moulded, allowing us to develop beading in both the rubber and PTFE parts of the seal, helping to provide leak-proof gaskets – especially useful for quick-release couplings for tanker loading/unloading.

By using PTFE bore and flange protection coupled with an EPDM rubber core, these gaskets can withstand a variety of chemicals.

Where pipelines are used for different materials, these gaskets are able to cope with any eventuality – including any cleansing agents used.

Larger gaskets are produced for tank Manways, and we are able to also mould steel reinforcement rings into the seals for higher presssure applications. An example gasket is described opposite.
