High Speed Multi-Axis Machining

With the success of our last major machinery purchase last year, we’re now investing in a new 4 axis machine with even greater capabilities.

Able to machine and profile material up to 300mm thick in a wide range of materials – from foams through to metals. This will allow us to offer a much larger variety of products to both existing and new customers.

More importantly, it will mean work currently sub-contracted by us and our customers to overseas suppliers, can now be bought in-house – in the UK.

We are certainly seeing the benefit of using the latest technology – alongside our inspiring work-force, as we continue to win new business from abroad. Even producing high volume parts way below Far East suppliers !
