From 3D capture and non-contact measurement, we are now able to reverse engineer products within ±0.002″ tolerance of the original.

3D Printed

While true rubbers are not yet available in filament form to feed 3D printers, we are able to produce in flexible elastomeric grades that emulate rubber as closely as possible.

This gives the ‘feel’ of a rubber component – often acceptable for prototype work.

However – using hot system printing, materials such as PTFE and PEEK are able to be printed in short runs, and this combined with scanning technology, can offer a new dynamic to the gasket and sealing environment!
