Rubber Moulding

Using Compression, Transfer and Injection moulding techniques we supply all types of rubber moulded products from our JV productoin facility in the Far East. These include fabric reinforced diaphragms, rubber to metal bonded items (ie anti-vibration and shock absorber mounts), dual-hardness and dual material parts (ie ebonite and rubber). One-piece moulding from 1mm to 2000mm is available. Our moulding business has been built up over the last 20 years, with product design and final inspection and testing carried out in the UK. This unique combination of expertise ensures that we offer highly competitive prices with parts that are ‘fit for purpose’ – along with highly competitive tooling costs for even the most complicated products !

Polymer Science

We supply many different specialist polymers and working with polymer development engineers across the World, we are able to help in the design of new products and innovative materials for today’s ever-changing strenuous working environments. Full material test reporting is also available to all International standards. Our compound suppliers are mostly German or Japanese, with specialist compounds being supplied by companies such as Chemours who have production plants in most major countries in the World.

We are able to offer forensic inspection and reverse engineering of moulded elastomers to identify materials no longer commercially available, and can advise on replacement ingredients for any chemicals now restricted or banned that will produce similar properties.
