Every day we are asked to produce parts for which our customers have no drawings.

Typically these will be parts to replace OEM items no longer available – or where replicated parts we can offer are at a substantial price saving.

2D or 3D ?

Using sophisticated 3D scanning software, we cannot only accurately measure components up to 2mt x 2mt x 2mt – but we can quickly create both 2D and 3D CAD files.

Measuring to 0.001mm tolerances with non-contact equipment allows us to inspect product to ensure it meets customer exacting standards.
