Perforated Silicone Sheets
Supplied in thicknesses from 0.25mm to 100mm – various colours available
Description
These sheets are produced from either moulded or roll manufactured Silicone rubber and all grades and hardness can be converted.
Using high-tolerance water-jet or high-speed piercing technology, we are able to perforate sheet with holes from 0.2mm Ø upwards.
We are not restricted to the base sheet size, as intricate dovetailing can be used to join sheets into larger sections with silicone RTV joints also being used.
Usage
Silicone rubber products have excellent resistance to ozone, oxidation, ultraviolet light, corona discharge, cosmic radiation, ionising radiation and weathering in general.
As an FDA grade material, it is used extensively in the Food equipment and medical appliance industries. X-Ray and Metal Detectable grades are also available.
Our perforated sheets are used for filtration mats, steriliser/washer mats, cooking mats, mats, indexing mats and drying mats in pharmaceutical ovens.
