Klingersil C4430 is a branded, general purpose ‘Non-Asbestos’ sheeting material produced by Klinger, Europes leading gasket materials manufacturer at their factory in Austria.
Description
Klingersil C4430 is a premium grade sealing material with very good mechanical strength often used for general purpose applications. Based on a blend of glass and synthetic fibres bonded with NBR rubber C4430 has good resistance to steam, water, oils, fuels and hydrocarbons.
KLINGERsil C4430 is tested and certified to BS 7531 Grade X, DIN-DGVW 92.01e052, BAM U W28 (oxygen 100bar/85°C, KTW C55/94.Stf, SVGW 92-149-7, Germanischer Lloyd 98 953-97 HH, Firesafe BS5146 and WRAS (potable water).
Material Identification
C4430 is a branded material, green one side and fawn coloured on the reverse with the grade printed on one side.
The material has inherent non-stick properties from a surface layer introduced during the manufacturing process.
For traceability purposes, each sheet is also batch stamped confirming the press, operator, batch and date of manufacture.

Availability
Klingersil C4430 is stocked in standard 1.5m x 2m sheets in 0.25mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.75mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm and 3mm thicknesses.
We also offer this material is 1.5m x 1m and 1.5m x 0.5m sheets.
