Laser Cutting and Engraving
EAS has a New Machine!
We’ve just installed a new Laser cutting and engraving machine at EAS.
This equipment will give us capabilities in cutting new products, but very importantly, enable us to finely engrave or etch a range of parts for customers requiring this service.
While the equipment is not as robust as the water-jet machines, it can only cut single thicknesses rather than multiple thickness by water-jet for instance, the tolerances this machine can cut at high speed in certain materials once kerf correction is made, are very impressive.
