Converting Rubber Waste

Cutting Rubber Gaskets and Seals can often produce a lot of waste material! So where we can we utilise our waste by cutting gaskets from centres of larger gaskets etc, and by doing so can pass on cost savings to our customers!

However, there will always be some waste that we cannot use. But we have come up with a solution and with our new grinder that has recently been installed we can now sort our waste on site. Over 90% of our rubber waste that was destined for landfill is now converted into rubber crumb! And along side our sister company Horsemat Limited we now sell this into the equine industry for Arena toppings/manège’s!
