Gasket Production

We choose the fastest and most precise equipment for production depending on customers’ requirements.
These machines produce at the highest possible speed – but are also CAD based with complicated nesting software ensuring maximum yield and minimal waste. Material feeding and de-pipping systems mean that work flows through the equipment as efficiently as possible, while in-line inspection equipment guarantees consistent product.

Automatic load, feed, de-flashing and ejection of moulded products for large quantities is crucial in the production of items such as O Rings. Without this capability production costs would be high and competition would be difficult – but with it we are now producing parts cheaper than we did 15 years ago!

Manual or Automatic

A customer may never know what process is being used to make their part. Normal development of many gasket parts is from 1-off prototype to manual production for small or medium runs, then onto automatic production as quantities increase.

We’ll often miss the manual process and go straight to automatic – no difference in tooling – but a much better price deal for the customer!
