Description
This material is a UK WRAS approved EPDM suitable for use with cold Potable water up to 26°C.
If used above this temperature, there may be leaching resulting in tainting of the water, giving it a chemical taste.

Usage
This is a cold water approved sheeting (tested at 23°C) and is suitable for use as flange gaskets, washers, tank, valve and pump gaskets.
As a high grade EPDM compound, the material also has excellent weathering and ozone resistance and is equally as reliable for waste water applications. Because it has a higher polymer content than standard EPDM, this grade will last longer in most applications.
If used in hot water applications, tainting may occur and parts should always be tested and approved before installation at high temperature.

This material is available from roll 1.5mts wide – 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm and 6mm are in maximum 10mt rolls.
